ライブドアの粉飾決算疑惑がもたらした東京証券取引所の取引全面停止と株価急落について、英金融街シティや米ニューヨーク・ウォール街では１８日、外国人投資家による日本株投資の見直しや一時的な調整が始まったとの見方が広まった。英民放スカイニューズ・テレビのウィルソン経済担当記者はニュース番組で「昨年から買い上げてきた日本株の利食い売りに走った。一本調子の株価上昇を警戒していた（外国人を含む）投資家はタイミングを計っていた」と指摘、「ライブドア・ショック」が売りの口実になったとの見方を示した。欧州投資家の今後の動向について、シティでは「東京株の買い局面は終了、今後は日本経済の回復が確実なのか、政策も含め見定めていく段階に入る」とみているという。
一方、東証が取引停止に踏み切ったとあって、ニューヨークでも前日までの冷静な態度が一変、関心が一気に高まった。米銀のアナリストは「（今回の）日本株の大幅下落は昨年から上昇が続いた反動も重なった一時的な調整」と分析した。

一番恐れていたことが起こりそうな悪寒。米銀アナリストの「一時的な調整」という言葉を信じたいところだけどね。
欧米取引市場の下落はインテルショックが主な原因らしいけど、アジア各国の取引市場は日本の取引市場の下落に引っ張られたかたちらしい。「日本がくしゃみをすれば世界が風邪を引く」なんてジョークはアジアではまだまだ有効らしい… そんなアジアの取引市場を牽引している東証が、システム負荷による取引全面ストップなんてアホなことやらかしたらいかんだろ？
原油高も頭打ちになって久しいから、中東のオイルマネーがどんどん日本市場に流入することもなくなるだろうし、今回の一件を嫌って欧米市場に乗り換えられたら、と考えるとゾッとするな。
そんなわけで、石原都知事の正論を紹介。
東京都の石原慎太郎知事は十八日の記者会見で、“ライブドアショック”の影響で東証が全面取引停止に陥った状況について、「ライブドアが問題を起こしただけで日本の株全体が下がるのは、ヒステリックな病的な現象」と語った。強制捜査を受けての株価下落を石原知事は、一人が虚言を言うと多くの人々がそれを真実として伝えるものに例えた「一犬虚に吠ゆれば万犬実を伝う」という格言をもじり、「これはまさに一犬実を吠えたわけだ。それがたちまち、万犬虚に吠えるみたいに、株そのものが全部暴落するこの社会は健全じゃない」とも述べた。
はい。おっしゃるとおりでございます… ただ、それが市場ってもんだからねぇ…

19日午前中の取引でほぼ全面高。買い注文を入れているのが個人トレーダー主体なのか、国内外の機関投資家が主体なのかはよくわからないけど、取りあえず「日本経済はまだ期待されている」って考えてもいいのかな？ あとは中長期的にやや上げ傾向というところでとどまってくれればね。
