相変わらずの朝日と変わりつつある朝日
全般的な論調は従前の朝日そのものなんだけどね。特に以下の件。
首相の今回の発言はこうした機運に冷や水を浴びせるものだ。「罪を憎んで人を憎まず」は、被害を受けた側が加害者をゆるす時に使う言葉だろう。あまりにも思慮を欠いた発言だ。
首相の答弁は、中共に対し「確かに日本は大陸に対して悪いことをやったが、だからといってその首謀者のＡ級戦犯を憎まないで欲しい」なんていう内容じゃないじゃんか。私には質問者に対し「いわゆるＡ級戦犯は多くの日本国民を散華させた戦争に参加したし、降伏時期も誤ったという罪があると考える。しかしその首謀者たち自身を憎むつもりはない（だから合祀されている靖国神社に参拝に行くんだ）」という内容だとしか読めないのだが。それを踏まえた上で「どのような追悼の仕方がいいかは（首相である私の考えであり）、他の国が干渉すべきでない」と。ここは完全に朝日のミスリードでしょ。
で、意外に思ったのが以下の件。
戦後の日本は、Ａ級戦犯を裁いた東京裁判の結果を受け入れてサンフランシスコ講和条約に調印し、国際社会に復帰したはずだった。そのＡ級戦犯を合祀（ごうし）した靖国神社に首相が参ることに、欧米のメディアからも疑問の声が出ている。
サンフランシスコ講和条約の日本語訳では、「裁判」を受け入れる、と訳されているのだが。これを佐藤和男・青山学院大学名誉教授が「原文では"judgements"とあるので、判決のみを受け入れたのではないか？」と指摘した（また各国の国際法学者からも異論が出なかった）ことから、保守系論陣では「裁判そのものまで受け入れたわけではない」というスタンスが標準になったけれど、決してそれが多くの国民の知るところとはなっていないはず。それをよもや朝日が「東京裁判の結果を受け入れて」と書くとはね。
わざわざ「の結果」と入れるのにはそれなりの理由があるはず。新聞は字数を制限する方向に編集するのだが、それに逆行するんだからね。この論調からは「東京裁判を受け入れ」と書いた方がよっぽどおさまりがいいはずだし、ましてや新聞の顔とも言える「社説」だ。何かが社説氏に起こったのか？
で、ここまで書いて考えたが、首相のいうところの「罪」とは、日本国民に対するものだな。だとしたら、問題はない。ただ、突っ込みどころを与えてしまったことは事実だな。
