靖国神社参拝問題に首相が答弁
また、小泉首相は中国などが靖国神社に「Ａ級戦犯」が合祀（ごうし）されていることを理由に、首相の参拝を批判していることについて「『罪を憎んで人を憎まず』というのは（中国の）孔子の言葉だ」と述べ、問題はないとの認識を示した。
つまり首相はいわゆるＡ級戦犯の罪を認めているんだな… 極東軍事裁判における彼らの罪名は「平和に関する罪」。ところがその時点ではそんな罪は国際法にないわけでね。つまり遡及立法＆事後立法だったわけだ。まぁパール判事の言葉を引用するまでもないでしょう。東条英機らの絞首刑後、サンフランシスコ講和条約を締結する際も、「judgements（諸判決）」を受け入れるとは書いたけれど、「crimes（諸罪）」や「trials（諸裁判）」とは書かなかったというのが、当時の政府の意地だと思うんだがね。
その先人の意地を無にしてしまったのが、今回の首相の答弁なのかな、なんて思ったりする。

この件に関しては、保守系サイトでは賛意が表明されていらっしゃいますね。私は上記の理由で手放しには評価できないなぁ…
