実名報道の是非(コンクリート詰め殺人の神作被告)
女子高生コンクリート詰め殺人の準主犯格だった神作譲被告が昨年５月に起した逮捕監禁致傷事件の地裁判決があった。
同被告の逮捕の際には、各紙で実名報道だったりされなかったり。つまり「逮捕監禁致傷事件で神作譲容疑者を逮捕した」ならＯＫだが、コンクリート詰め殺人を絡めての報道になると、少年法第61条がが活きてくるという「解釈」があるわけだ。
今回は、産経・読売・毎日が実名、朝日と中日系の東京は「元会社員」。見事に人権派と「人権教」派に分かれたようで（笑）。毎日は政治問題はともかく、社会関連は読売・産経に近いスタンスなのよね…
なにしろこの神作被告は、事件時の名字はOだったのに、更生保護関連団体責任者の神作久代氏と養子縁組して「神作」になったという… まぁ「更生しようとしても、名前が邪魔になって…」という主張はもっともみたいに聞こえるが、「元の名前について回る、自分がしでかしたこと」をも捨ててしまいたがっているようにも解釈できる。現に、更生できなかったようだし。
旧姓をOとしたのは、旧姓を書いているサイトがいくつか閉鎖されているからです。しかもこの8時間以内に。サーバーはgeocitiesとinfoseek。こんな鬼畜親子のために私のblogが閉鎖させられるのは不本意なので。まぁヘタレです…
