進歩のない旧ソ連ロシア
チェチェン戦争で負傷して障害者になった露軍兵士が国防省を相手取り補償を求める訴訟を起したものの、裁判所は国防省の補償責任を認めず、加害者（？）であるイスラム武装勢力の司令官に賠償を求めるよう勧告したんだとか。
話の主題は、この兵士に司令官の代理と名乗る人物から賠償支払いに応じる用意があると電話で伝えてきたらしい（兵士がそう主張しているだけなので、信憑性は「？」）ことにおかれているのだが…
それよりも、（国に指導された）国軍に指導されて戦い、負傷した兵士に対して、裁判所が「敵に補償を求めなさいよ」とするのはいささか乱暴じゃないか？ 匿名の国防省関係者は「兵士が裁判所に提示した書類は偽造だった」と主張しているようですが、それにしても裁判所は「この書類は認めず」とすればいいだけの話。マスコミや一般市民が皮肉っぽく、「敵に補償を求めればいいんだよ」とするのはいいけど、裁判所がそれをやったらいかんだろ。さすが、潜水艦事故の遺族を黙らせるために、背後から注射(ry
しかしまぁこの話が本当だとすると、いくら勇猛果敢に戦って負傷しても補償してもらえないわけで、もしかしたら戦地特別手当も出ないかもしれない。そう考えたら、現地から略奪でもしたくなるわなぁ。帝政ロシア時代なら、（シベリアはともかく）ヨーロッパ方面の兵士はそんなことしないだろうに。結局、ソ連時代とまったく変わっていないじゃん＞ロシア。

I don't know whether it's just me or if perhaps everyone else encountering issues with your site. It appears as if some of the text on your posts are running off the screen. Heya just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.
